Concept Case Study · Home Cleaning Services

BrightNest Cleaning

A light, reassuring site for a fictional cleaning company that answers a visitor's objections before they ask.

The Brief

Design a home-cleaning site that earns trust from strangers who are about to let someone into their house. The site should answer the real objections before contact: what's included, where you go, who supplies what. The person who writes in is then half-convinced before the first reply.

The Decisions

Service options as honest cards

Each option (standard, deep, move-in/out, recurring) lists what it includes, so choosing feels like reading a menu.

The FAQ is a first-class section

Cleaning inquiries repeat the same questions: supplies, pets, keys, cancellations. We answer them on the page with expandable FAQs so the first email can skip straight to scheduling.

The design matches the product

Off-white surfaces with calm green accents make the pages themselves look tidied.

A short inquiry

The form asks for home size, service, and frequency. Everything else belongs in the follow-up conversation.

The Functionality

On the live demo, a visitor can:

  • 01Compare the service options and what each includes
  • 02Check the list of areas covered
  • 03Expand the FAQs on supplies, pets, access, and cancellations
  • 04Send an inquiry with home size, service, and frequency

The Finished Work

Stylized desktop and mobile impressions. The live demo below is the real, responsive site.
